Thinking about Fertility Reflexology, but still have some questions?

• Are you thinking about starting a family?

• Been trying for a while, but with no luck?

• Not sure if you’re ovulating?

• Do you want to optimise your chances of getting pregnant?

• Have you been pregnant before but finding it hard this time around?

• Have you had miscarriages but don’t know why?

• Are you having assisted conception treatments, such as IVF, IUI or ICSI?

• Do you have PCOS or endometriosis?

• Are there sperm count or motility problems?

If this is you, and you want to do something different this time - something that will also help with stress levels and hormone balance - then you may want to consider Reproflexology™ (Reproductive Reflexology).

Some couples struggle to get pregnant, and this can understandably be very stressful and emotional. This stress, in turn, can impede your chances of conceiving, and so the vicious cycle continues.

The Reproflexology™ treatments that I specialise in, here at Barefoot, are designed to treat all areas of male and female fertility, whether you’re trying naturally or having assisted cycles.
The treatments are specifically designed to help women reach a balance in their cycles and hormone levels, optimise ovulation and help with early pregnancy. They can also help men optimise their fertility too. Reproflexology can also be used before, during or after assisted conception. I am fully trained to work with the drug regime that is being used.

Reflexology is deeply relaxing and it helps the body and mind to reach a balance, and this in turn is thought to affect the balancing of hormones. Reproflexology™ for preconception is excellent for everyone who is considering getting pregnant, whether you have any problems or not. It’s a great way to ensure that your body is at its best and ready for the forthcoming months.

Many couples have found it very helpful to receive Reflexology treatments when dealing the stress and emotional upheavals linked with assisted conception methods, after miscarriages or just due to the disappointments from not getting pregnant.  As every person is treated as an individual, the treatments are bespoke to each person’s requirements and to work with whatever stage of the fertility plan you are at.

When you come for your appointment, a detailed and full consultation is taken with you. After this, an individual conception treatment program will be designed according to your requirements, including which treatments would be best for you and how often you would need to have a treatment. You will also be offered some additional advice to ensure that you increase your chances of getting pregnant and staying pregnant.

Reproflexology (Reproductive Reflexology) is a specialised form of Reflexology used to help conception.  The aim is to correct any hormonal imbalances, improve physical conditions, manage stress levels, and correct any cycle irregularities in order to achieve this.

It can be used as a stand-alone treatment to enhance your natural fertility or with all forms of assisted conception including Clomid, IUI, IVF and ICSI. It can also be used to support individuals and couples using surrogacy or donors in IVF cycles.

Although conventional Reflexology should be used with caution during fertility treatments, Reproflexology has been specifically developed to work in tandem with all assisted conception protocols.  The techniques have been developed over many years, and have proved to be effective and beneficial in improving outcomes, alleviating symptoms, and helping couples to improve their fertility.

I am a full member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists and I'm trained, using structured and prescriptive treatment protocols, to support couples through all phases of their conception programme.

Charting Your Temperature Throughout Your Cycle

If you'd like to find out more about your menstrual cycle and what is happening to your body throughout each month, it's a good idea to keep a chart of your body temperature (Basal Body Temperature or BBT).  I would recommend going to fertilityfriend.com and using their free charting tool.  This chart will be important when you come for your initial consultation so get started now!

If you're interested in Reproflexology and would like to be considered for a course of treatments, please download and complete the questionnaire below and email to me:
