Excellent reflexology service with a scheduled appointment.  Very detailed and knowledgeable reflexologist who explained the process and therapy and went through medical history, etc.  Most recommended as I felt like I was walking on air afterwards and my blood pressure was optimal!  Chilled out and relaxed ?

This lady is fantastic! I struggle with congestion in my ears, face and chest as a result of having pneumonia a number of times. Jo at Barefoot Reflexology offers a relaxed,friendly but professional service. She is extremely knowledgable, providing an explanation of her findings during and after treatment & was happy to answer any questions. I have suffered with knotted/tense shoulders for years, Jo was able to identify this area and has worked on it over a number of treatments. I have found the treatments relaxing and I believe they have improved my painful shoulders, making them feel less knotted and considerably less painful. I had my first session of barefoot reflexology with Jo on Monday . It was truly awesome I’ve already re booked for my next session. A truly relaxing and beneficial experience . 
The most mind blowing results : 24 hours after - headache - obviously toxins being released. 
24-48 hours after- sinuses so much clearer , 7 hours sleep ?? amazing - I suffer with insomnia usually only get 3 hours max. Ears feel clearer, legs lighter and suffering years of UTI, I've since been constantly urinating - a good thing in my case.?
Feeling revitalised , focused and just dumbfounded that I benefitted from all this after just one treatment. 
Jo you're amazing I can not wait for the next one ??

I booked in with Jo for repro-reflexology to prepare for an upcoming frozen embryo transfer using assisted fertility. I was also going through a very difficult time emotionally preparing for the tragic loss of my terminally ill father. Jo is a fabulous therapist who not only offered compassion and support, but also a wealth of knowledge. Imagine my surprise when after 6 years of trying, including major surgery and a successful cycle of IVF, we recently fell pregnant naturally and I was blessed with being able to share the news with my Dad hours before he passed. I will be forever grateful to Jo for all her help and I continue to receive treatment as part of my self care regime through pregnancy and beyond. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
